A "Don't Miss This" Giveaway!

I think you will agree that these earrings are the bomb! Is "bomb" used anymore or am I dating myself ;o) ?

These fabulous earrings were donated by Laura Jane Bouton.

While putting this post together, I wanted to learn a little more about the artist behind these and here is what Laura has said:

I come from a very artistic family, therefore it was natural for me to eventually take on a creative path in my life. I was born in the United States, however for the past 25 years I have been living in Italy with my husband, son, and 3 new family members, 2 dogs and a cat. I am a part time swimming instructor and a self taught jewelry maker. I started making jewelry in my garage out of pure passion, mostly because I love to wear jewelry, especially earrings. This beautiful country has inspired and influenced much of my work. I use different metalsmith techniques, forging, form folding, enameling, soldering, cold connections, and wire wrapping. It is just amazing when you can take a flat piece of metal and turn it into something 3 dimensional and wear it too

To win these, please visit Laura's Shop and come back letting us know what your favorite was and why.

For multiple (up to three) chances to win, please check out Laura's "About the Shop" on Etsy and let us know what you enjoyed about her slideshow.

For a third option, please join Laura's blog and let us know about it.

You can also share this giveaway online with Facebook friends, Twitter, Pinterest, your blog or anywhere else you might be in the social network for one "bonus" entry (a 4th).

Remember..... I need a place to contact you if you win, so please leave an email or another form of contact. Please stop back next Sunday, November 11th, for the winner announcement.

Thanks!

As Always,

I adore so much of Laura's jewellery but if pushed I would opt for the copper, brass and silver triple bangle bracelet as it is sooo different. I've joined as a follower and peeked into her garage workshop and blog and think I'll be eating lots more pasta Italian style from now on. Yum.
Thanks for the chance to win those superb earrings!

Virtually all of Laura's jewelry is very much my style so, it was hard to choose a favorite. I have a tie between
https://www.etsy.com/listing/103855168/copper-cuff-textured-and-forged-cold
and
https://www.etsy.com/listing/96863602/pendant-necklace-enamel-on-copper-domed
I chose these because I love mixed metal jewelry, hammered copper, enameled copper, and because green is my favorite color.

About Page:
I always enjoy seeing other people's work spaces because I get new ideas on arrangement, storage, etc. I also have a special love for ginger kitties and got a kick out of seeing Laura's "assistant". And, I (of course!) enjoyed seeing the variety of her work.

I also follow Laura's blog.

Thanks for the chance to win such lovely earrings! :)

I like that she uses stones and beach glass. I really like beach glass. Her assistant is adorable, too. And the fact that all her tools are out for a project. Mine seem to end up that way, too.

Good Morning,

I just LoVe Laura's jewelry! She's one of my FaVOriTe shops on Etsy.

1. My favorite item in her shop is Sea Friends... www.etsy.com/listing/110773375/caged-pendant-necklace-beach-stone-and
I love the beach and have jars of rocks and seaglass we've collected over the years all over our home!

2. Laura's slideshow is fabulous! I LoVe her workshop and I have two four footed furry assistants, Maddie and Jake!

3. I joined her blog and signed up for emails. I LoVe the stories she tells of her designs and adventures...the good, the bad, the ugly. You feel like you're right there.

4. I pinned your blog entry under "Etsy Friends" on Martinis for 2 @ Pinterest. You can find me under your "followers" there.

All my fingers and toes are crossed in anticipation of the drawing!

I love these earrings and would love to be wearing them. My favorite item from her shop was the Adriatic beach glass pendant. I can't find beach glass like that on my California beach! What really was interesting was what Laura did on the back of the pendant---the beautiful cut-out flower design. I thought her work was amazing!
