....and what do we have here?
Missficklemedia patina-ted hoops meet MACarroll ceramic beads to create these
very cool earrings donated to us by Shannon LeVart.
I will keep it simple today....
or both..... or neither.....
Here is the essential question:
What materials do you think work well together? Have you found that some just seems to work?
Feel free to be general.....
"I think copper goes great with ceramic"
or specific....
"I think the components that I have purchased from Missficklemedia go great with beads that I've purchase from SummersstudioEtc.

P.S. I just posted about this giveaway on Facebook!
I use copper and brass together in everything. I also really like to use unexpected combinations of something industrial (stainless steel or a rusty washer) with something upscale like pearls or a crystal.

Copper and Turquoise, or any blue bead, really. Love the color combination.
Thanks for the chance to win these beautiful earrings! Right now I'm playing with copper and shell components, both natural and dyed, and I am loving the combination! I love mixing up the copper, too, including raw, antiqued, and patinated components and wire in a single piece. In fact... it's time to play now! :-)
I would be so proud to wear those!
I've been using lampwork glass and silver together forever, but lately I've been using polymer clay with wood, and ceramic with simple lampwork spacers and wood or shell. Been experimenting with copper and trying to get my customers to groove on it. Come ON, customers! :-)
I think lampwork beads go with anything; silver for a polished look, vintaj brass for an earthy look et.
Lovely earrings! Great combination. I love pearls with So many things...etched brass, silver, copper, lovely. Riki
Sterling and lampwork Beads! Nummy!
A big fan of antiqued brass with turquoise picasso czech beads. I'm always wearing stuff like that.
I love using my lampwork beads with other artisan beads - for a truly one of a kind piece! Thanks for the chance to win!

Labradorite with sterling
smoky quartz with Vintaj
copper with ceramic
I will stop now, beautiful earrings.
I think lampwork-beads and sari-ribbon are a great mix. But I have to say - sari-ribbon is a great match with everything. And I love copper and turquoise!
I am not a designer but I love working with all sorts of different artistic components that mix with seed beads. I am currently working on two gorgeous collaborations using Missfickle chain (these earrings would so match) and another necklace with lampwork and enameled pendent from EB Metalworks! I hope I will do them both justice!
I love turquoise and silver, aquamarine and bronze, gunmetal and amethyst :)
I like turquoise with white pearls, lampwork beads with sterling silver and pearls and even pearls with ceramics. My love is Boro Lampwork beads with sterling silver. Trying to do more with brass, copper and gunmetal...
Smiles, Pam

I like turquoise, coral and silver together. I also like Gaea's ceramic beads with any just about any type of fiber.
I love: antique copper or patinated metal and really ancient looking ceramic beads and components. But then I have to say that because I make really ancient looking ceramic beads and components...haha!

My most recent "favorite" combination was MissFickle's Chestnut Opal organic ring with a brownish garnet nugget! Have also been doing leather and pearls, my standby's are turquoise w/ anything and copper is working for everyone! Thanks!
