New Year Giveaway.......

Let's start off the year with a giveaway......

How about a big group of wood-fired beads, enameled beads and hoops?

Please share your answer to this question:

What techniques would you like to learn in the upcoming year?

You can enter up to three times. Please be creative in how you "earn" the other entries. I will leave it up to you. Share on your blog, Facebook, etc. and let us know you did. If you do not have that option, feel free to share in any way that you can think of and let us know how you shared.

Please leave an email address or another way to contact you if you win.

As always, thank-you for supporting those who create handmade with handmade,

MaryAnn

Beautiful! I'm starting the wear out learning all about wire. I have plans for learning DSLR photography and we will see what else may come about

Love these beads! hmmm I have been beading for 48 years and although I know and teach most of the stitches I would like to perfect my Soutache work.

I really want to learn enameling. I also want to continue learning soldering; I manage it in class but really struggle with it at home, sigh.

Sandra said...

I too would love to see more on enameling and how to take great photos.

Thx.

enameling and metal clay are on my list for this year.. it's more of getting over a fear of the torch than anything.. love your pieces...

Janet Bocciardi said...

I would like to learn Soutache, as that's one technique I have zero experience in. Not a new technique, but I'd like to get more better (!) at soldering.

I actually signed up for a two month class that starts in a week or so...lost wax casting! I'm so excited. It was offered through our adult education program at a local high school that has a fully outfitted jewelry making lab (through a hefty grant). Jump starting 2013 with some new skills.

Thanks so much for the giveaway! The beads are beautiful. I plan to learn to incorporate beads into some baskets that I'm weaving.
