What a generous giveaway...Melinda's earrings are really gorgeous - just love that color! I was fortunate enough to meet Melinda recently at Bead Fest & have admired her work for some time.
Her Etsy shop is filled with handmade components and all sorts of goodies for jewelry designers - so fun to look around there. My favorites are her unique toggles...I have my eye on one that has a warm brown patina and a sweet riveted flower - it is so beautiful!

Went to her facebook page, which I 'like' and saw her video for fold-forming. Am watching it later, since I've been wanting to try fold-forming.

I went to her blog (which I also follow) and reviewed the earring tutorial I watched the other day and saw her fold-forming there, also, so will be reading that closer. Also will be trying to post about this on my blog later.

Melinda is a sweet and generous person. I IM'd her on FB with one question about patinas and she spent half an hour giving me advice. Have joined her Sun and Sea challenge, the beads she has listed are gorgeous. Would love to have one of her creations to call my own.

I have been a Melinda fan for quite some time. She has a spot in my blogroll! I have a few of her pmc pieces that I adore.

I have to say that the one thing Melinda taught me was that I love Pink Patina! I follow her blog which is how I ended up here!

Marla said...

Another thing that Melinda has taught me is that yes, copper and bronze can go together! I follow her on Facebook!

Marla said...

And for the last thing that Melinda has taught me is that it is ok to be imperfect in my work! In fact it adds to the charm of the piece! I love how she is able to do that with her perfectly imperfect metalwork! I follow Melinda's shop on Etsy!

I love these lovelies! I follow Melinda's shop at Etsy and as I am transitioning from beadwork to metal smithing, I am so delighted with her tutorials and that she is willing to share information. I live in a rural area with no classes, so she has become not only an inspiration by her work, but by her open love of art and the gift of sharing. Even if I don't win the earrings, I am delighted to be able to share my heart felt thanks.
