What a Girl Wants

By D'Arsie Manzella of Mamacita Beadworks

It's a new month and once again I've rounded up

some new goodies for you to discover

from my personal list of favorites on Etsy.

I am constantly amazed

at the beautiful handmade beads

and components that you can find on this site.

For me it's existence has changed the way I look at buying supplies.

I almost never step into a craft store unless I'm in a hurry for some headpins.

Shopping for handmade was never easier!!

Let me introduce my new loves...

Oshun Goddess Bead
Lampwork Glass Wearable Sculpture

Her work is rocking my socks off!

This would be one bead that I would

display proudly in my sacred space.

Powerful Beauty!

Purple and Terra Cotta Kaleidoscope

Polymer Clay Pillow Beads

These are hand polished. I love that!

SO shiny. And light. Earrings anyone?

Peacock Beaded Handspun Yarn

Wow, this yarn is luscious!!
I want to crochet a heavy cord for

one of my pewter pendants...

Lampwork Glass Bead Caps

and Sculptural Components

handcrafted by Patricia Larsen-Gooden

Incredibly organic elements made in Hawaii.

Her business name describes these pieces perfectly.

They're so hot!

Athena Ancient Patina Copper Charms

handcrafted by Melinda Orr Designs

Patinas are driving me wild with inspiration!!

Check out these rectangles with limitless potential.

Hand Cast Glass Pendant-Flower Pond by Wild Raven Studio

I would like to add this to a simple chain with glass accent beads!

There are so many interesting designs in this shop, you may want to get cozy~

Thanks for shopping with me!

What would you do with these pretties?

Well, I would probably put my treasured Cleo Dunsmore goddess bead in a display case while I thought about what to do with all of the other amazing components you found. Those pillow beads are way cool! Thanks for sharing your latest finds, D'Arsie!
