Beautiful!
These are beautiful!
using them as closures! and, hmm?! i think that they are yours! these are beautiful d'arsie - i love the new designs...
Gorgeous! Love buttons!
I've recently started using buttons more as closures for my necklaces and bracelets. Handmade buttons in particular just add such character to a piece! I also know of an artist who makes leather cuff bracelets, and she uses buttons as focal points on her cuffs.
Love these buttons by D'Arsie!
I haven't been doing an unbuttony things.... but I have seen some beautiful buttons used as beads and as closures! I think it makes a piece so interesting.... particularly when they are used on bracelets. This post also made me think of how Lorelei Eurto used some buttons that I made into earrings... Very cool! They have sold, but anyone interested in another non-buttony idea....here's one!

D'Arsie, your buttons are great! I would love to use some in my jewelry. I've used shank style buttons before as clasps (with a seed bead loop), and am presently making a bead woven bracelet that uses Victorian shoe buttons (the CUTEST!) as beads. I'm really excited about these, as it's also re-purposing, which I love.
LOVE em!! The new branch design is GORGEOUS!!!
